Signing of a contract to attract foreign students between the University of Science and Culture and Raya International Tutoring Company

This agreement was concluded with the aim of attracting international students from Afghanistan based on the laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

According to the Office of Scientific and International Cooperation of the University of Science and Culture; this memorandum of understanding was signed on Saturday, September 24, 2025, by Dr. Ali Saadolah – Head of the Office of Scientific and International Cooperation – and Ms. Fatemeh Karimi Cherzekhon – Representative of the institution.
