First Meeting of the Office of International Affairs with Academic Department Heads Held at the University of Science and Culture

The first meeting between the Office of International Affairs of the University of Science and Culture and the heads of academic departments hosting international students was held on Monday, April 20, 2026. The meeting aimed to review the implementation of the directives issued by the Student Affairs Organization and to ensure that international students fully benefit from educational services and facilities.

The session was conducted with the participation of representatives from the Faculties of Engineering and Technology, Art and Architecture, and New Technologies in Biological Sciences.

During the meeting, Ali Saadollah, Director General of the Office of International Affairs, presented a report on the office’s recent activities and engaged in discussions with the department heads. The participants also shared their perspectives and proposals of enhancing services for international students.

According to the report, a significant portion of the directives has already been implemented, including measures to improve the status of virtual education for international students and of establish dedicated social media channels for course-related communication and information dissemination.

It was further announced that a similar meeting will be held with the participation of department heads from the Faculties of Tourism, Humanities, and Law. Final decisions regarding additional measures will be made in subsequent meetings with representatives from other faculties.
