University of Science and Culture Launches Master’s Degree Program in Iranian Studies for the 2026–2027 Academic Year

The University of Science and Culture is pleased to announce the admission of students to its Master’s Degree Program in Iranian Studies for the 2026–2027 academic year. Beginning this academic year, the program will be offered to both Iranian and international students through the University’s Faculty of Tourism, the first specialized faculty of tourism in Iran.

The Iranian Studies program adopts an interdisciplinary approach, focusing on the history, civilization, culture, language, literature, art, cultural heritage, and Iran’s role in regional and global interactions. The program is designed to prepare specialists with a comprehensive understanding of Iran’s rich cultural and historical legacy.

In addition to theoretical coursework, students will benefit from extensive opportunities for field studies and applied research by utilizing Iran’s diverse historical, cultural, and tourism resources.

According to the Faculty of Tourism, the program’s main areas of study include:

  • History and Civilization of Iran
  • Iranian Culture and Identity
  • Persian Language and Literature
  • Iranian Art, Architecture, and Cultural Heritage
  • Cultural Tourism
  • Iranian Studies, Cultural Relations, and International Interactions
