Commencement of International Student Admissions at University of Science and Culture for the Second Semester of Academic Year 2025–2026
The University of Science and Culture is pleased to announce the opening of applications for international students for the second semester of the 2025–2026 academic year.
The application process will commence on December 23, 2025, and will continue until December 30, 2025. All prospective applicants are required to carefully review the admission guidelines document and complete the admission application form (Excel file). Applicants must then submit the required documents in a compressed (ZIP) file format—strictly in accordance with the instructions outlined in the admission guidelines—to the following email address:

Applicants are advised that for the second semester of the 2025–2026 academic year, admissions will not be available for the following programs:
- Bachelor’s Degree Programs: Law, Accounting, Biology, Cultural Management
- Master’s Degree Programs: Public Law, Private Law, Oil and Gas Law, Medical Law, Psychology, Accounting, and Cultural Studies
